1. Admission Fees

  • Admission fees paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable. These fees are collected to cover administrative expenses incurred during the admission process.

2. Tuition Fees

  • Withdrawal Before the Start of Term: If a student withdraws before the start of the academic term, a partial refund of the tuition fees may be considered. An administrative processing fee will be deducted.
  • Withdrawal After the Start of Term: Tuition fees for the ongoing term are non-refundable once the term has commenced. Any advance payments made for future terms may be refunded upon formal withdrawal, subject to a deduction for administrative costs.

3. Hostel Fees

  • Withdrawal Before Hostel Occupation: If a student withdraws from the hostel before taking possession of the room, a partial refund of the hostel fees may be issued. Charges for reservation and administrative expenses will be deducted.
  • Withdrawal After Hostel Occupation: Hostel fees are non-refundable once the student has moved into the hostel. In the case of early withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be at the sole discretion of the school administration.

4. Transportation Fees

  • Withdrawal Before Commencement of Service: If transportation services are canceled before the start of the service, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative charges.
  • Withdrawal After Commencement of Service: Transportation fees are non-refundable once the transportation service has commenced for the term.

5. Payment of Refunds

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to the school administration. The school reserves the right to request supporting documentation if needed.
